Location: Christ Church in Apple Valley
Cost: $10 per student per recital
Details: Students perform 1 piece of music. Music must be memorized for formal and semi-formal recitals. 2 or 3 recitals are scheduled between 12:00 and 4:00. Students will be assigned to perform on one recital that will be approximately 45 minutes long with 20-30 students performing (you may request to play Saturday or Sunday and early or late afternoon, but are not guaranteed a certain time). Students performing on 2 recitals will earn a medal at the end of the school year. These recitals are perfect for students of any level that enjoy performing.
Who can perform? All students are invited to perform.
Informal Recital: Saturday November 3rd and Sunday November 4th. Registration deadline September 24th.
Formal Recital: Saturday January 19th and Sunday January 20th. Registration deadline November 1st.
Semi-Formal Recital: Saturday April 6. Registration deadline March 1.
Location: Rosemount United Methodist Church
Cost: $29 per student
Details: Students memorize and perform 2 pieces of music for a judge. The judge provides written feedback (positive and constructive) based on the student's performance. Students receive a score of 1 (poor) to 5 (superior). Points accumulate through the years and when students earn 15, 30, 45, etc points they receive a gold cup trophy.
Who can perform? This is recommended for students in their 2nd year of lessons and higher who would like to receive additional feedback on their playing and enjoy seeing how well they can play.

Perform in Nordstrom's Court at the Mall of America and help raise money for Music Link - and organization that helps students who could not otherwise afford music lessons.

Who: Anyone! You'll play 1 piece of music, it doesn't need to be memorized.
